Refund policy

Because each magnet is custom made, all sales are generally final. However, I want you to love your order! If there’s an issue with your item, please contact me directly within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Please note that I cannot offer refunds for customer-uploaded photo errors or general change-of-mind.
